Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work • Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership • Perform and oversee advanced climbing, rigging, and equipment operations • Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first jobsite culture Qualifications: • Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based environment • ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed • Desire to grow into advanced leadership or specialist roles • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship • 3–5+ years of experience in professional tree care or arborist operations Compensation: $28 - $31 hourly
