We are looking for a highly motivated, growth-minded individual who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and wants to advance their career in the tree and landscape industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in tree services or landscaping is required.

This position offers:

Straight commission pay structure with a gas allowance

Weekly training and annual certifications to support career growth

Paid time off after one year of employment

Earning potential of $75,000–$150,000+ within the first year, depending on experience and performance
