    Tree Three LLC d.b.a. Garden State Crushr is one of the fastest growing franchise niche logistics service providers to both small companies and Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Fedex, and Coca Cola.  Garden State Crushr is an independently owned franchise in its start-up phase. Companies look to us for guaranteed cost savings with regards to their waste removal need and environmental sustainability goals.

    We are a new industry. We are experiencing phenomenal growth driven by existing clients and providing an unmet need to the market.  This growth has opened new markets, customers and opportunities that necessitate our search for a salesperson to develop strong relationships, provide premier service, and to identify new sales opportunities.  We have very little competition.

    FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Sales Manager to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The Sales Manager's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, conducting on-site demonstrations, closing sales, and providing great customer service.

    To be a successful Sales Representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have a strong sales aptitude.

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Closing deals and service contracts.
    • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
    • Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit that drives success.
    • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
    • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and website inquiries.
    • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
    • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
    • Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any services.
    • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
    • Collaborating with management to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

    • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, team working, and customer service skills.

    • Good time management and analytical skills.

    • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.

    PREFERENCES

    ·         Experience in Waste Management:  (Preferred, not required)

      • Experience in Logistics:  (Preferred, not required)
        • Sales: 1 year (Preferred, not required)

     

    OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Will educate a qualified hire about our specific services. 

    ·         Territories will include Monmouth, Middlesex, and Mercer counties.

    ·         Candidate must possess valid driver's license and reside in or near covered area and use their own vehicle, with auto allowance.

    ·         This is a permanent position with salary while training, then draw/commission only wages; with opportunities for growth and promotion.

    • Must have experience as a salesperson, however transportation/logistics industry experience not required, we will provide any formal training in regard to transportation/logistics industry
    • Transportation, supply chain or logistics experience is a plus
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Maintain a solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends to effectively negotiate rates
    • Must be able to professionally handle pressure when it arises
    • Self-motivated individual
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and sometimes manage heavy workloads
    • B2B Sales Experience
    • Experience Using PC Computers, Microsoft Applications, Email, and Internet

     

    REPORTS TO:

    President of Company

    JOB TYPE:

    Full-time

    PAY:

    $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus commissions

    Estimated Commission is $25k first year, $45k after that.

    EXPERIENCE:
