    Overview:

    The ideal candidate is able to plan and carry out sales in different types of equipment. You are able to travel and are an effective communicator with dental health professionals. You have the ability to energize and develop relationships at all levels of an organization, a strong capacity to develop and drive your career, and exceptional negotiation skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Achieve sales growth and exceed target of Company Digital Impression Scanners, Mills and 3D Printers

    Partner and collaborate with District Sales Managers to promote the entire Company offering

    Prospect for new customers and business by qualifying new leads to maintain a balanced sales funnel

    Support and grow Company's existing customer base through upgrades and cross promotion of products

    Grow laboratory acceptance by increasing network of Company approved laboratories and work to maintain utilization

    Track all leads and opportunities to move them through sales processes within the company's CRM

    Attend tradeshows and participate in education and training conferences as directed by the Regional Sales Manager

    Coordinate and drive customer facing, dealer facing and per to peer sales events

    Assist dealer representatives with preparation of sales proposals, customer meetings, and the demonstration of equipment and software features and benefits

    Execute sales negotiation and deal closure with the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers including direct users of the product and distribution partners

    Develop and maintain the "Gold Standard" of product knowledge of Company and competitive products

    Coordinate service and support on assigned accounts in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations

    Build relationships, develop a strategic business plan, and maximize business opportunities for all Company products and services within assigned territory

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Previous dental or healthcare industry experience preferred

    Bachelors or Associate Degree in Industry Related field

    2 years minimum selling experience

    Valid motor vehicle license

    75% Travel

    Flexible work from home options available.
