Some responsibilities:

Answer phones, direct calls, and set appointments

Follow up calls to ensure customers are happy

Take payments

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues

Obtain reviews and referrals

Respond to reviews

Scheduling

Creating follow up schedules for customers and keeping in contact

Customer retention

Maintaining a general knowledge of the business and actives
