Internship Duties:

Data entry of application information

Data quality review and data updating

Preparation of presentation materials for Advisors

Create product illustrations for Advisors

Assist department manager with month-end statistic calculations and reporting

General filing and administration

Assist Relationship Managers with creating and updating client profiles.

Initiate online applications

Observe entire new business process

Assist Customer Service Representatives

Data Entry – enter policy and billing information into client profile

ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Internship Requirements:

· Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills.

· Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.· Ability to learn other software programs.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
