Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive call from multiple police agency and private properties and make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken dispatching the calls out to drivers. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls

Collect and document and payments from customers

Prioritize calls dispatched to the drivers

Transmit information to the appropriate person

Monitor status of the drivers

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position

Excellent data entry skills

Understanding of best practices and procedures for relaying calls to drivers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize calls

Ability to work well under pressure
