    Job Description

    WHERE IN THE TREMORVERSE WILL I BE WORKING? You will take on the role of a Client Success Manager – Self on our Client Success team.

    Currently our teams are working remotely, however once it is safe to do so this role will be based in the Los Angeles office. For some of the week.

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    • Responsible for client retention and satisfaction through developing and cultivating long-term relationships with partners by offering white glove customer service to media agencies, advertisers, and trading desks
    • Actively build business acumen and technical knowledge to serve as an expert of the Tremor Video platform
    • Successfully onboard new clients, learn business objectives, and assist with executing campaigns in the DSP
    • Work cross functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot and help deliver strong campaign results.
    • Analyze data and trends to draw valuable insights in order to report back on the success of existing campaigns and make strategic recommendations for future campaigns
    • Gather customer feedback and communicate recommendations for product features and development with our Product & Engineering teams

    WHAT WILL I BRING?

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-5 years experience in digital media buying/planning/strategy (DSP experience is a plus)
    • Programmatic knowledge, agency experience, or publisher experience a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
    • A strong eye for detail; data driven
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
    • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
