The Recovery Analyst will identify, analyze and recover credit balance accounts at healthcare provider sites in and around the Newark, DE area. Role and Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers in resolving patient accounts through manual posting and system automation

Manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of identified recoveries

Build effective relationships with provider staff and management

Collaborate with Trend management to identify new opportunities and recommend potential solutions

Complete other tasks as requested by Manager or Team Lead

Travel to provider sites as needed and required

Qualifications and Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, healthcare or a related field

Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Strong analytical skills

Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Healthcare billing experience is a plus
