WARM LEADS/ REMOTE We are looking to hire HIGH PERFORMING AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE AND INSURANCE MANAGERS / F&I SPECIALISTS / INSIDE SALES / SALES REPRESENTATIVE!
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while helping customers select products that protect their vehicle purchase. In addition, you will also make credit decisions, submit deals to our lenders for approval and help bridge disconnects in the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll help us find the right finance and insurance solutions for every customer.
PAY STRUCTURE:
DURING THE FIRST 60 DAYS, YOUR MONTHLY GUARANTEE IS $3,000. YOU WILL THEN TRANSITION TO A BASE OF $16,500 (NOT A DRAW,) PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS. ON TARGET EARNINGS FOR THE FIRST YEAR ARE BETWEEN $55,000 AND $100,000.
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Finance Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with auto financing and offering aftermarket products (vehicle service contracts v, gap protection, tire and wheel protection, etc.) to protect their investments. Warm qualified [1] leads provided, no cold calling.

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING: BACHELOR’S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.
EXPERIENCE: 2+ YEARS SALES PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
