    Please note: this is a hybrid position. You will be required to be in the office 2 days a week. You must be in San Diego. Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities: • Log all incoming calls and emails in our database • Book consultations via calendly, manage all calendly templates and links, and confirm potential clients' attendancE screen for conflicts of interest • Diligent follow-up using our database and record notes record attorney notes in the CRM system • Generate fee agreements and invoices and send them to potential clients • Follow up about engagements • General office tasks like mail management, research, etc. as needed • Onboard new clients and set up client files as required • Work with marketing to optimize intake glidepath • Follow up with clients post-representation and execute post-representation glidepath • Check in calls with prospects and existing clients to see how they are • Process gifts through our gifting program • Book travel, as needed for attorneys Qualifications: Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Previous legal experience highly valued Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Strong computer and data entry skills You must enjoy talking on the phone. If you hate the telephone and making calls, this is not the job for you. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
