POSITION DETAILS

• 13-16 Week contract
• 8 hour day shifts (8:30am-5pm)
• 40 hours/week
• Weekends will be required
• On-call will be required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of recent home health hospice experience – Required
• At least 1 year of travel experience – Required
• Must have wound care experience
• Med Surg experience – highly preferred
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase – highly preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• CA RN License
• BLS (AHA)
