POSITION DETAILS

• 13 week contract
• 8 hour day shift (8am-5pm)
• Weekends and call required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in Hospice and Home Health – required
• Consistent managerial and operations experience – required
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient population – required
• HomeCare Home Base experience – required
• Travel experience – preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• CA RN License
• BLS
