POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills - Acute Rehab experience preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2 YEARS of experience
• Current CA PT LICENSE with no restrictions
• Current BLS
• Current immunizations and/or screenings (MMR, DPT, Varicella, HEP B and TB) required
