Treva Corporation is currently a full-time CERTIFIED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST in SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA. Position is on NIGHTS (7P-5A) 4-10 hour shifts. This is a 13 WEEK contract with a high possibility of extension. Great pay.

Pay depends on experience level

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST JOB DUTIES:

• Interview and examine patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
• Consult with physicians to develop patient treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity
• Treat patients by using a variety of methods, including chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications
• Monitor and record the progress of treatment
• Supervise respiratory therapy technicians during tests and evaluate the findings of the tests
• Teach patients how to use treatments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have AT LEAST 2 YEARS of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Must be a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Current BLS, ACLS,PALS, & NRP
• Current immunizations and/or screenings (MMR, DPT, Varicella, HEP B and TB) required
