REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years of airline industry or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills; effective verbal and written communication to customers, management, co-workers and vendors
• Must be task oriented
• Must be familiar with Federal Aviation Regulations regarding crew duty day limits
• Require some operational knowledge regarding aircraft performance and limitations
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret data, spot abnormalities, investigate problems, and provide solutions
