  • Responsibilities

    This Assistant Account Executive (AAE), employed by Savvy and partnering with Tierney, will be a critical member of the Account Management team, working to support the day to day management of the client-related activities within the PLCB account. He or she must be highly motivated, have strong multi-tasking and organization skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This AAE will be trained to handle project workflow in the creation of advertising, including schedules, budgets, billing, and status reports. Timeliness, detail, and overall thorough communication between the internal teams and the client team regarding ongoing projects is the top priority for this team member. He/she will work with the VP Account Director to map out and communicate current project goals, expectations, and status to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables. They will communicate with internal team members regarding client strategic objectives and deliverable expectations to ensure quality work across all departments – PR, media, and, especially, creative (including digital). This person will immediately integrate with the FW&GS team. The position is located in Philadelphia, PA.

    General Responsibilities  Manage work flow on assigned projects to assure deadlines are met  Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and meeting updates in a timely manner  Maintains timely account status measurements: budgets, schedules, and conference reports  Monitor and analyze competitive creative strategy and executions  Track budgets (with AD/supervisor)  Oversee billing and review monthly invoices in a timely manner  Issue all relevant traffic and media paperwork (work orders, PMAs, BMAs)  Work closely with production and media teams to ensure all creative is trafficked out accurately and on time  Secure client approval of estimates and media authorizations  Proofread all creative materials and share with VP for final approval before sharing with client  Ensure all paperwork and online filing is organized and up to date  General support for PLCB Team  Fulfill ongoing day to day client requests  Assist in preparation of new SOWs, as needed  Monitor and keep client team abreast of all industry trends and information related to assigned accounts.  Writes presentation decks, and provides rationale for agency creative for client presentations (in conjunction with AD)

    • Demonstrated ability to apply policy and procedures to job functions.
    • Above average ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone.
    • Ability to analyze and determine opportunities to cross-sell products and services or offer solutions to customers
    • Must be able to demonstrate established competency levels for all required regulatory or compliance-related processes and/or procedures within established time-frames of appointment.
