JOB SUMMARY:

The ERP System Administrator's role will deal specifically with Taco’s Epicor ERP system and their related technologies and applications. Must be proficient in application server administration and maintenance. Capable of monitoring and executing actions necessary to maintain a stable environment for the ERP System.

The ERP Systems Administrator is eligible for a hybrid work environment. This will consist of both weekly on-site and remote work.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Work with business system users and DBA to help diagnose, fix, and prevent all ERP IT related system issues. Serve as the liaison between the users and DBA to address any issues. Work with ERP vendor support for unresolved issues or bugs.
• Maintain business system security model including security group modifications and creation of accounts.
• Help develop and maintain all ERP related reports, SSRS, PowerBI

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Work with business system users and DBA to help diagnose, fix, and prevent any and all ERP IT related system issues. Serve as the liaison between the users and DBA to address any issues. Work with ERP vendor support for unresolved issues or bugs.
• Assist DBA with the implementation of ERP modifications, new ERP system integrations, patch releases and major upgrades.
• Help facilitate and/or participate in testing with users for ERP related enhancements and fixes.
• Create cases with ERP vendor support
• Maintain business system security model including security group modifications and creation of accounts.
• Develop and Maintain enterprise labeling system (Bartender Labeling Software knowledge a plus)
• Provides timely customer support to end-users with instruction, training and problem resolution through hands-on support, and excellent oral and written communication.
• Develop and Maintain SSRS Reports.
• Develop and Maintain PowerBI Reports.
• Develop and Maintain Epicor BAQ and Dashboards.

Required Skills Required Experience

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Broad knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with working in an IT role with an ERP system
• 3+ years of experience with writing SQL queries
• 3+ years of experience with SSRS report design
• 3+ years of experience in a Microsoft Windows Server environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with good interpersonal/customer service skills and a positive attitude
