Position Summary
The EVV clerk is responsible for auditing and maintaining accurate data entry, access, and retrieval of database information, which is an essential support for efficient office operations. This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for EVV maintenance, including verification of accurate clinician clocks in and outs and troubleshooting errors in both EMR and EVV aggregator systems.
Must communicate with operations to resolve issues or obtain relevant information to clear data interface errors between the EMR system and EVV aggregator.
Must enroll and orient clinicians on the use of the EVV mobile application.
Ensure that the agency follows all state rules and regulations.
Provided general administrative support and assisted in special projects.
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High school diploma or GED
Twelve months of related experience and/or training
Must be computer savvy.
Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willing to work with others and demonstrate teamwork to complete tasks/projects.
