Responsibilities: Transfer, carry, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, lumber, tile, saws, grout, etc. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as needed Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately Properly dispose of debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean and meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements Support craft workers (painters, electricians, carpenters, roofers, plasterers), sub-contractors, and other tradesmen as needed Qualifications: Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception Comfortable working in inclement weather, like extreme temperatures, rain, etc. Need to be OSHA 10 certified Physical stamina and physical strength are needed Own a valid driver's license • MUST HAVE VERY STRONG CABINET AND TRIM INSTALLATION PERFORM AT A VERY HIGH LEVEL • Must be able to pass a background check • Must have a clean license • Must have tools • Must have truck Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
