Job Description
Tri-Lift is a rapidly growing material handling company, head quartered in New Haven, CT is seeking a highly motivated individual to help bring our organization to the next level.
Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the business financial and accounting activities and staff.
· Coordinate the management of balance sheet accounts
· Participate in the month end close process including journal entries
· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Supervise accounts payable functions
· Supervise accounts receivable functions
· Prepare daily cash flow reports
· Assist in the development and implementation of improved accounting policies
· Monthly reporting on sales & use tax
· Reconciliation of inventory and managing fixed assets
· The ability and knowledge to step in and perform all jobs in accounting as needed.
