    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our team! Reviews contracts and calculates client list acquisition and revenue share payments for all partners. Facilitates client list acquisition process, including contract management, payment requests, and referral relationships. Completes required reporting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform month-end client valuation for assigned funds  
    • Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation
    • Calculates accurate monthly revenue share and client list acquisition payments to meet our contractual obligations. Submits payment requests for approval.
    • Produces monthly payment reports and various ad hoc analysis for client list acquisitions and revenue share payments by partner to meet client needs. Responds to reporting needs from management, as needed, to ensure accurate financial impact.
    • Maintains positive working relationships with all internal and external partners and provides timely responses to inquiries to support the business. Researches any payment issues to ensure financial data is accurate.
    • Facilitates contract management for client acquisitions, including updating the database and requesting TIN match, to ensure timely conversion of clients
    • Develops proficient knowledge of all systems required to calculate payments and prepare reporting to ensure integrity of financial information being gathered
    • Participates on projects impacting system changes as needed, including testing and implementation of changes, to provide insight and partner on the solution and implementation
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance - required
    • One year of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
    • One year of experience in Microsoft Excel and Access
    • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
    • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
    • Strong attention to detail, analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Demonstrates the time management and priority setting skills
