  • Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant position is accountable for producing the following results: • To provide general administrative and sales support to the staff utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills • Proactively anticipating actions needed  • Taking the initiative on projects • Improving overall office efficiency Responsibilities: • Code, allocate, and record all invoices and checks for income and expenses.  • Document management including but not limited to: scanning, categorizing and filing documents both electronically and hardcopy.  • Manage Sale Associate’s calendar – schedule and follow-up on personal appointments and to do’s.  • Order goods and services, run errands at direction of Sales Associates.  • Answer and return phone calls on behalf of Sales Associates.  • Schedule and make travel plans on behalf of Sales Associates.  • Recommend and develop improved systems, policies, and procedures for communication, scheduling, and bookkeeping.  • Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time. • Follow organizational policies and procedures of company.  Qualifications: • Ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks • Ability to change gears quickly • Excellent time management skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent oral and written communication • Ability to collaborate with team members and vendors • Reliable transportation • Real Estate License is preferred  • High degree of urgency • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational and systems skills Compensation: $24,000+ (base salary)
