Job Description
Kennesaw based pharmaceutical distributor providing pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to hospitals is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, articulate, and motivated individual to join our INSIDE SALES TEAM. The inside sales professional will aggressively expand the company's business within their assigned territories while developing strong customer relationships. The successful candidate for this position will effectively combine the use of phone, email, and direct mail marketing campaign programs to develop and retain customers in our market. This is a fast paced sales environment with a large potential for first year earnings of $45K to $75K
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year sales experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate or recent college graduate
· Self-motivated and the ability to work effectively without supervision
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
· Strong work ethic with an excellent attitude
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge needed)
· Practices good time management skills and effectively prioritizes in order to meet deadlines
· Communicates well over the phone
· Willing to make 80 to 100 calls a day to prospects
Responsibilities:
· Sells products by calling on both prospective and established customers
· Ensures that all products sold arrive in a timely manner to their designed destination
· Meets or exceeds established sales quotas
· Ensures customer satisfaction
· Keeps their supervisor abreast of business trends and requests and comments from their customers
· Enters customer sales orders into the system and maintains as needed
· Attends sales meetings as required
· Works at Trade Shows when available
· Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned
