    AS AN HR MANAGER, YOU WILL BE A PART OF A DYNAMIC HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM WITH SUPPORT FROM OUR CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE AND BE AN ON-SITE PARTNER TO THE HOME OFFICE/CORPORATE TEAM IN IRVINE. IN COLLABORATION WITH HUMAN RESOURCES, HOME OFFICE LEADERS AND OUR SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAMS, THIS POSITION PROVIDES HR EXPERTISE AND CONSULTING TO BUILD ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY AND TALENT STRATEGIES. THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT BOTH OUR HOME OFFICE (IRVINE) AND SAN DIEGO DIVISION.

     

     IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Provide HR expertise to drive and influence key workforce planning initiatives and be the primary resource to create alignment between the people strategy and short and long-term business strategy.
    • Provide leadership, coaching and support to senior leaders, management team(s), and team members in our home office with regards to all Human Resources needs, including workforce planning/organizational design, building our culture, team member engagement, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and onboarding, learning and development, total rewards (compensation, benefits and payroll), and risk management in collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence. 
    • Proactively assess talent needs, identify strengths and gaps, and recommend solutions, people strategies and programs and execute key people initiatives.
    • Incorporate HR metrics and data analytics into HR delivery and translate into actionable insights.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, etc. plus OR equivalent years of experience in developing Human Resources systems, programs, employee relations, organizational development, etc.
    • A minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience required.
    • SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
    • Led/been involved in significant change management initiatives in prior roles.
    • Ability to think strategically and objectively and effectively translate data into actionable insights.
    • Ability to develop solid and positive professional relationships with senior leadership, subordinates, and peers based on trust, candor, and respect.
    • A collaborative and result-oriented individual with a detailed oriented, partner-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
    • Is comfortable applying and adept at using technology (i.e., strong Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience with UKG preferred.
    • Must demonstrate initiative to proactively assess and resolve issues.
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional HR teams and all levels of management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities (i.e., self-starter, self-motivated).
