    The Senior Mobility Product Developer Administrator will be responsible for documenting, designing, and performing configuration solutions and other end user admin requests within our Mobility Solution (Equus AssignmentPro).

    We are looking for a Senior Mobility Product Developer who:

    • Has advanced knowledge of the Equus Platform application (formerly AssignmentPro), including overall functionality, knowledge on how to design and configure advanced automation, to enhance our customers’ experience and increase internal efficiencies.
    • Can identify Graebel customers’ needs and present value-added solutions that are repeatable and scalable within the Equus Platform application.
    • Troubleshoots application user issues by conducting root cause analysis, solutions ideation, and deployment.
    • Builds effective solutions through usage and maintenance of GMS Request Queue(s).
    • Reviews new features included in Equus Platform releases and presents Graebel use cases for proper implementation, including research and analysis of value added for Graebel external customers and internal users.
    • Works closely with end users in the areas of User Acceptance Testing, Application Release Testing, and Custom Configuration Testing.
    • Coordinates deployment of new releases or functional improvements to Global Mobility applications.
    • Dissects high-level information into details and communicates these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Where possible, influences requirements and processes to effectively utilize systems and applications without development customizations.
    • Manages system changes through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple departments and clients, coordinates information flow through Global Mobility solution and reconciles conflicts in down-stream effects to generate a balance of efficiency and process improvement.
    • Completes internal and external configuration requests.
    • Implements newly released AssignmentPro functionality.
    • Works with business consumers to perform report QA and UAT testing validations.
    • Provides feedback and analysis on the usability, intuitiveness, discoverability, and learnability of functionality in other business applications.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills

    • Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training.
    • 5+ years of experience utilizing AssignmentPro.
    • 3+ years building advanced automation utilizing AssignmentPro.
    • Demonstrated project management experience.
    • Exposure to Team Foundation Server and help-desk software applications.
    • Strong understanding of Process Controls.
    • Global Mobility Specialist designation.
    • 2+ years’ experience utilizing SQL Server Management Studio writing advanced SQL Queries.
    • Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, AssignmentPro.

    Required Experience

    • Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
    • Ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal education.
    • Equus Platform Super User designation preferred.
    • PMP certification preferred or relevant experience in technology solutions consulting.
