    Tri-Shield Financial is seeking Coach-able individuals to become their own boss in a very lucrative and expanding market....PART-TIME, outside of their Normal Full-time Employment YES, looking for people who are open to making some income OUTSIDE of their Full-Time job.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    • Flexible Schedule to work remotely from our home office for 10-20 hours per week
    • No prior sales experience necessary
    • DAILY Commissionable Pay Schedule
    • Make average $500 per sale
    • Opportunity for bonuses
    • FREE LEAD Bonuses paid each week for production activity
    • Ability to earn promotions based on company bench marks
    • All Expense Paid Trips for 2 based upon annual sales production
    • CRM program for client management

    TRAINING

    • We provide coaching and mentoring through the licensing process
    • Partner with an Agency Mentor in our 7-Step New Agent Orientation Training
    • In the field within 3 days of obtaining your license
    • Scheduling
    • Field Training with Veteran Top Producer

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Life Insurance License required and or ability to obtain one in about 2 to 3 weeks
    • Pass a criminal background Check
    • Proficient with Computer technology - Smartphone, iPad, Tablet
    • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
    • Must be located in the United States

    This is a commission based position to be in business for yourself but not by yourself part-time and moving to full-time if desired.
