TriStar Concepts is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team! All training provided!

Our sales representatives are the voice and spirit of our clients to the consumer and is one of the most valued positions in our company. We provide extensive training in all product knowledge, company policies, conflict resolution, customer service, sales strategy and more.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.

Duties:

• Update existing accounts/new customer account set up

• Assist our call center with placement of orders

• Inform customer of deals and promotions

• Work with management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and sales goals are being met

• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

• Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, and face to face

• A positive attitude and student mentality

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and time managment skills

All positions are FULL TIME and FIRST SHIFT. We are looking specifically for someone with great work ethic that wants to grow with the company.
