    Job Description

    PAY RATE: $15-16/hr

     

    SUMMARY:

    Assist existing customers with online banking questions, provide navigational support, unlock users, view and provide secure access code, assist with first-time logins and password resets.

     

    THE SPECIALIST WILL ACCESS THE BANKING SYSTEM AND WILL NEED A GOOD LEARNING ABILITY IN ORDER TO ASSIST WITH:

    – Customer Identification

    – Updating customer information – address & phone numbers

    – Login Assistance

    – Password Assistance

    – Unlock Assistance

    – General Navigation of Online Banking System

    – General Feature and Functionality overview of Online Banking System

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1-year customer service experience (contact center experience preferred)

    HS Diploma or Equivalent
