Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, a well-respected and busy orthopaedic practice, is recruiting a full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/SCHEDULER to work at our NORTH HILLS office.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

·       Will be Scheduling and Coordinating Patient Appointments via telephone

·       Addressing patient email requests for appointments

·       Completing Registrations

·       Provide general assistance to callers

·       Computer and Telephone System skills are Essential

·       Medical Experience Preferred

·       Positive and Upbeat Attitude

·       Strong Organizational Skills

·       Detail Oriented with Ability to Multi-task in a Fast Paced Environment

SCHEDULE:

This exciting full-time position carries a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday at our North Hills Office. The position shift would primarily be:   8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
