In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both residents and the company. Benefits: Healthcare, 401k/Roth, PTO, Paid Holidays Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the property, including marketing and leasing.. • Oversee the tenant selection process, conducting screenings, background checks, and lease signings. • Maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. • Generate reports and provide regular updates to property owners and management. • Complaint resolution between residents. • Stay up-to-date on fair housing laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications: • Real Estate License is a plus • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field. • Strong understanding of fair housing laws and property management regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in property management software is a plus (e.g., Yardi Voyager, AppFolio). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost control. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred). Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000
