ABOUT US:

The Tri-Valley Golf Center is the premier practice facility in the East Bay. We feature both grass and mat tee lines, practice green, chipping green, pro-shop, and lights for night practice. Tri-Valley Golf Center is owned and operated by Syufy Enterprises.

We are currently hiring for hourly Cashiers (Floor Staff). Individuals with flexible schedules are highly desired as hours can fluctuate. Day and evening shifts are available; occasional weekends may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ensuring our customers receive a seamless and pleasurable golf experience, which means timely and courteous responses and resolution to customer complaints.

Responsible for understanding, adhering to the Company’s Policy and Procedures and maintaining the Company’s Standards.

Ensures that money-handling and inventory procedures are followed.

Ensure that the work environment is maintained in a clean and safe manner in accordance with the Company’s standards and the Injury and Illness Prevention Program.

Other duties supporting the operations may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.

Must have minimum 1 year experience as a cashier.

Ability and experience in selling/up-selling required.

Must be 21 years of age.

Computer and administrative skills required.

Previous experience working in a golf environment desired, but not required.

Must have strong background in cash-handling, inventory, and operating POS systems.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
