    Head of Marketing Analytics and Optimization

    Tri-Win is a leading provider of direct marketing and printing services since 1996. With over one hundred employees and an average of forty-five million pieces of mail produced every month, we have the expertise and capacity to meet the marketing needs of our clients. Our 60,000 sq foot facility is located just outside of Dallas, Texas, in the heart of the US. We are always investing in the latest printing technology and expanding our business to serve our customers better.

    We are looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics and Optimization to join our team and help us grow our customer accounts. You don’t need industry experience; we will train you on everything you need to know.

    As the HMAO, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies that optimize the profitability and performance of our client accounts
    • Engaging with our clients to understand their goals and ensure their marketing campaigns are focused and targeted
    • Providing analytics and insights to our customers to show them their ROI and help them improve their marketing outcomes
    • Creating and maintaining a dashboard to collect and display customer marketing data and results
    • Innovating new marketing ideas and solutions to increase customer retention and growth
    • Working closely with the Senior Sales Executive and the account managers to present our services and solutions to existing and prospective customers
    • Identifying customer pain points and developing unique and compelling value propositions that deliver results
    • Leading our business retention and development team to enhance our current platforms and launch new initiatives
    • Researching competitors and staying updated on market trends and best practices
    • Developing and coaching staff to improve their performance and customer service
    • Demonstrating a passion for Tri-Win’s mission, vision, and values

    If you are a positive, energetic, and agile thinker with strong entrepreneurial skills and analytics comprehension, you might be the perfect fit for this role. You will work both face-to-face and behind the scenes with our customers, acting as a consultant and a point guard for our business.

    Qualifications and Experience :

    • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or strategy planning roles
    • Previous experience in marketing, sales, communication, and business development
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Innovative and creative
    • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
    • Time management and organization to meet goals and deadlines
    • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
    • Proficient with analysis and design software

    • Dallas, TX 75244: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred). This is not a remote position
