    Job Description

    CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AT INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE COMPANY – NOW HIRING!

    PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY, POSSIBILITY TO BE FULL-TIME HIRE IN THE FUTURE/$15.00/HR. PAID CLASS ROOM TRAINING (FULL-TIME HOUR) PROVIDED. EXCELLENT JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS! BILINGUAL SKILLS IS A BIG PLUS.

     

    SHIFT SCHEDULE: PART-TIME: 4HOURS/DAY, 5DAYS/WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

    PM SHIFT: 12:00 PM TO 4:00 PM

     

    CLASSROOM TRAINING: STARTING MID-END OF OCTOBER (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

    (MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL CLASS MONDAY – FRIDAY DURING THIS PERIOD)

    FULL DAY COURSE: 7:30AM – 4:00PM (ROUGHLY FOR 7 – 8 WEEKS)

     

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:

    • Bilingual skills is a plus
    • Call center, Travel, Airline, hotel industry experience is highly preferred
    • Must be able to attend ALL classroom training without missing any time
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, and ability to learn new computer software
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
    • Good phone manner and problem solver
    • Detail oriented, organized, and strong with numbers

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:

    • Offers highest level of customer service over the phone
    • Provides customers with information regarding flights, fares, destinations, special offers and other travel products
    • Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries, including any concerns, or issues to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Use in-house system to make new flight reservations or to modify existing reservations
    • Accurately obtain documents and confirm customer’s personal information for the books
    • Proactively explore and anticipate customer’s future needs
    • General administrative duties: preparing reports, filing, etc. as needed
    • Other related duties and administrative duties
