Job Description

• MUST HAVE JAPANESE CONVERSATIONAL SKILL
• Short-term Temporary position between October 2021 to end of March 2022
• Part-time hours/ Total 20hrs/week. Between Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm of your choice
• Strong computer skill and accurate data entry skill required
• STUDENTS AND FRESH GRADUATE WELCOME! UP TO $20/HR

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PART-TIME JAPANESE BILINGUAL DATA ENTRY CLERK:

• Must have Japanese conversational skill (Reading/Writing skill is not required)
• Proficient in MS Office and/or other CRM /ERP system, Strong in Excel (V-Look up / Sum If)
• Excellent communication and accurate data entry skills required
• Organized and detail oriented
• Order Processing, Order Entry, or Data Entry experience is a big plus

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PART-TIME JAPANESE BILINGUAL DATA ENTRY CLERK:

• Enter Sales Order information into the system and create Purchas Orders
• Order Process: order acknowledgment, corrections, price check, data entry to system
• Correspond with Sales rep and vendors if needed
• Documentation and Filing
• Any other related duties as assigned

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PART-TIME TEMPORARY (BETWEEN OCTOBER 2021 TO END OF MARCH 2022)

SCHEDULE: Total 20hrs/week anytime between Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Slightly flexible)
