AN ESTABLISHED COMPANY IN LOS ANGELES SEEKS A DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST TO SUPPORT LOGISTICS OPERATIONS.  THIS IS A TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY OFFERING $18 PER HOUR. 

REQUIREMENTS OF THE DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST:

• Education and/or experience in Supply Chain or International Business is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong typing and data-entry skills
• Accountable and mature work ethic
• Positive and proactive nature
• Good communication skills
• Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Word and Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST:

• Receive and process international documentation
• Document and coordinate customer shipping schedules and requests
• Coordinate between various departments to ensure timely and effective customer satisfaction
• Support efforts to improve processes and maximize business efforts
• Other related duties as assigned

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: TEMP-HIRE

SCHEDULE: MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 8:00AM – 5:00PM + OT OR 9:00AM – 6:00PM + OT
