    Job Description

    YAKULT USA, THE WORLD’S LEADING PROBIOTIC DRINK MANUFACTURER, IS HIRING FOR PR ASSISTANT.

    • LOCATION: FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA
    • DIRECT HIRE WITH GREAT BENEFIT (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, LIFE, 401K ETC)
    • SALARY RANGE: $18~24/HR

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE PR ASSISTANT:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Public Relations, Marketing, Business) is a plus.
    • 1+ years of PR experience
    • Experience with public speaking
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Outgoing and friendly personality
    • Able to work independently
    • Covid-19 vaccinations are strongly recommended
    • Able to travel to various related events
    • Valid Driver's License is required

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PR ASSISTANT:

    • Coordinate factory tours; including promoting the tours, taking reservations, and planning schedules.
    • Execute factory tours including guiding visitors through the factory.
    • Confirm the satisfaction of visitors by analyzing factory tour questionnaires.
    • Organize logistics and execution of PR events.
    • Support "Corporate Social Responsibility" ("CSR") activities by creating company policy, announcing the policy to the public, analyzing company activities, and guiding the modification of the activities if needed.
    • Processes applications to attend events, and arrange the event venue.
    • Travel to industry-related events and promote/distribute product information.
    • Maintain inventory of event supplies, novelty goods, place orders for supplies, oversee office storage.
    • Prepare and update Public Relations materials, including factory tour brochures, event materials, and other promotional materials.
    • Collect feedback about products form visitors to PR events, and make analysis.
    • Organize and maintain files and records for PR activities.
    • Support other PR activities as needed based on supervisors' requests.
    • Perform any other duties assigned

     

    WORK HOUR: Monday - Friday, 9:00am ~ 6:00pm
