    Job Description

    AN INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS COMPANY IS SEEKING A LOGISTICS COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. IDEAL CANDIDATES HAS 1~2 YEARS OF WAREHOUSE ADMIN WORK.

    • Direct Hire with excellent benefit package
    • Salary: $22~25/hr
    • Location: Fullerton, CA

     

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:

    • Bachelor degree is preferred, but will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
    • Entry level position, 1~2 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse Admin is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Works well under pressure and stress
    • Team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • High energy and performance level
    • Covid-19 Vaccinations are required

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:

    Responsible for managing and supporting multiple warehouse customers and vendors for order entry, shipment arrangement, carrier communication, POD, invoicing, reports.

    • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message and in person.
    • Prepare, handle, and process documentation including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
    • Dispatch freight.
    • Monitor reports and accurate and timely client billing.
    • Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships with trucking companies, and others.
    • Maintain compliance standards at all times including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements.
    • Track and traces shipments.
    • Manage claims (carrier) and generate reports.
    • Support KPI reports
    • Support quality management initiatives.
    • Other related duties.

    SCHEDULE:       Monday - Friday, 8:00am ~ 5:00pm
