    A manufacturing company known for its smart tech goods is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator to work at their Long Beach distribution center to oversee the inbound/outbound shipments in a fast-paced office & warehouse environment

    • Direct Hire (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-term / Long-term Disability, 401K with matching, Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holiday, and etc.)
    • $22 - $25 / hour

    Requirements of the Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator:

    • Bachelors Degree with 1-2 years of Logistics Coordination Experience (Purchase Orders (PO’s) and schedule tracking duties)
    • Familiar with shipments to large, national retailers
    • Experience with ERP and WMS systems, FedEx/UPS software is a plus
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAble to communicate and work well in a team environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word / Excel)

    Responsibilities of the Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator:

    • Processing inbound and outbound shipments to the company’s wholesale customers as well as E-Commerce orders
    • Ensure that any delivery delays are addressed and corrected immediately as to not negatively affect the customers’ experience
    • Work within the ERP and WMS to allocate, transfer, and process all order types
    • Communicate directly with the Customer Service Team to resolve any issues with orders
    • Ensure that the company’s same-day shipping promise to their customers is upheld
    • Coordinate UPS, FedEx, and other carriers or drop trailers as needed (both Ground and Expedited)
    • Upload shipment tracking information manually and in a timely manner when needed
    • Manage reporting to verify all E-Commerce orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner
    • Research and resolve any errors or issues delaying order fulfillment
    • Maintain excellent interdepartmental communication
    • Process all paperwork for logistics coordination and assist with any related duties that may be assigned

    Location: Long Beach, CA

    Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm
