Job Description

A GROWING MANUFACTURER OF BEAUTY PRODUCTS IN HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – NOW HIRING A JAPANESE/ENGLISH BILINGUAL EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. PART-TIME (25-28HRS/WEEK), $14-16/HR (DOE).

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE BILINGUAL (JAPANESE/ ENGLISH) WITH WORKING EXPERIENCE (CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES/ INSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JAPANESE BILINGUAL EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT (PART-TIME):

• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Some work experience such as Customer Service/Sales/ Retail experiences preferred
• Must have excellent communication skill in writing and problem solving skill
• Experience working with Cosmetic/ Beauty product are a big plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JAPANESE BILINGUAL EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT (PART-TIME):

• Provide high-level customer support via Email
• Answer any customer inquiry
• Assist customer with product selection, order processing, tracking shipment, any other trouble shooting
• Data entry and record customer correspondence information into a company system
• Other related duties and special projects/tasks as assigned

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PART-TIME DIRECT HIRE

WORK SCHEDULE: SUNDAY – THURSDAY: 9:00AM – 6:00PM / TOTAL 25-28HRS/WEEK

(5-7HRS/DAY: 4-5DAYS/ WEEK, MUST WORK SUNDAY AND MONDAY)
