TITLE: PART-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT A MANUFACTURING COMPANY KNOWN FOR ITS SMART TECHNOLOGIES IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT TO BECOME A PRODUCT EXPERT, WHO CAN PROVIDE A HIGH-LEVEL OF SUPPORT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• Long-Term Temp or Temp-to-Hire
• $17 - $20 / hour (Depending on Experience-Level)
• FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND NON-TRADITIONAL WORKING HOURS (For example: Saturday - Wednesday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PART-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT:

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT IS REQUIRED
• 1 – 2 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• EXCELLENT COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS (VERBAL/WRITTEN)
• TECH AND COMPUTER SAVVY; STRONG TYPING SKILLS
• Experience using ZenDesk or similar CRM software in a Call-Center environment is preferred
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to jumpstart a career with a reputable company

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PART-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT:

• Provide high-level support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat
• Maintaining overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Provide order support for orders placed online and products purchased in partner retail stores
• Troubleshoot product issues
• Assist customers with any and all questions they may have

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Long-Term Temp or Temp-to-Hire LOCATION: Torrance, CA SCHEDULE: 5 days/week Monday – Sunday: Part-Time hours (4 hours/day)

• Non-Traditional Working Hours, Overtime, and Weekends
• 2-week on-site training period: Full-Time hours (8 hours/day) Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
