Job Description

ESTABLISHED DISTRIBUTOR OF MANUFACTURING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT SEEK A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH STRONG BUSINESS-LEVEL SPANISH LANGUAGE SKILLS.

• $ 14 – 16 per hour, non-exempt

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Ability to speak and write in Spanish in a professional manner
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• B2B customer service experience preferred
• Business-level communication skills
• Associate’s degree preferred but minimum high school diploma required
• Proficient computer skills
• Familiarity with Japanese culture or language is preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Daily customer and vendor communications via phone and email
• Coordinate with the internal team, sales team, and sales engineers
• Enter and update documentation and files on customers and distributors
• Process customer orders and quotation inquiries
• Help resolve customer issues
• Assist with collecting delinquent payments as needed
• Support yearly inventory
• Other related duties as assigned

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: DIRECT HIRE

SCHEDULE: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M.
