INTERNATIONAL SALES ASSISTANT

AN ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL COMPANY SEEKS A SALES ASSISTANT.  THIS IS A TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY OFFERING $20 - 25 PER HOUR. 

REQUIREMENTS OF THE SALES ASSISTANT:

• At least 2 years of Import-export, customer service and/or sales experience
• Customer-focused with strong follow-up and follow-through skills
• Positive and proactive nature with an ability to multi-task
• Accountable and mature work-ethic
• Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degrees are highly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ASSISTANT:

• Support the sales department with a variety of administrative and international sales & customer service duties
• Coordinate operational and logistical efforts between various departments
• Prepare sales correspondence, contracts, and other documentation
• Enter bookings and provide tracking and updates on all changes
• Assist customer with sample preparation, order processing, updates, and general inquiries
• Act as a liaison between customer service/sales and production staff

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: TEMP-HIRE

SCHEDULE: MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 8:00AM – 5:00PM + OT
