    Job Description

    YAKULT USA, THE WORLD’S LEADING PROBIOTIC DRINK MANUFACTURER, IS HIRING FOR ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR. AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF CORPORATE ACCOUNTING, FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTING AND RECONCILIATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

    • LOCATION: FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA
    • DIRECT HIRE WITH GREAT BENEFIT (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, LIFE, 401K ETC)
    • SALARY RANGE: $30/HR

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR:

    • 5 years + of corporate accounting, fixed asset accounting and reconciliation experience is a must
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
    • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Experience with SAP Business One, Batchmaster Enterprise and Dynamics 365 is plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
    • Reliable, professional demeanor.
    • Accuracy and Strong with Numbers
    • Covid-19 vaccinations are strongly recommended

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR:

    • Manage all administrative duties and additional projects assigned by the Accounting Manager, CFO and CEO.
    • Manage and control Accounts Payable and Receivable main duty such as accurately and timely payment to/from vendors/customer according to company and departmental policies and procedures
    • Post monthly journal entries created by Accounting Assistants
    • Assist and support Accounting Assistants to perform their duties effectively
    • Assist and support Accounting Assistants to analyze and reconcile fixed assets and annual physical count
    • Assist Accounting Manager to analyze and reconcile material cost
    • Assist Accounting Manager to reconcile monthly and annual inventory physical count
    • Assist Accounting Manager to prepare necessary information for financial audit and federal and state tax filings
    • Assist Accounting Manager to file government reports on time
    • Assist Accounting Manager to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual internal financial reports and consolidation report to parent company
    • Assist Accounting Manager to reconcile and analyze GL accounts
    • Perform any other duties assigned
