Preplanning Sales Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preplanning Sales Coordinator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports preplanning team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities: •Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as emails.•
Organize and schedule appointments•
Manage Customer Relationship Management Portal System, including data entry. •Handle multiple projects•
Assist with Event Coordination
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
college preferred, 3 years work experience preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Self-starter who works well independently
Team-oriented personality
