THIS POSITION IS A BARN-BASED PROGRAM. STAFF WILL WORK WITH AND TAKE CARE OF OUR CLIENTS WHILE ASSISTING ON A FARM. ALL JOB DUTIES WILL FOCUS MAINLY ON CLIENT CARE AND SOME FARM-BASED ACTIVITIES.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with 5 points or less

• Must be 18 years or older

• Able to pass a fingerprint background check

• Must work weekends and holidays

JOB DUTIES:

• Attend required training sessions

• Ability to complete required documentation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift (up to 50 pounds), transfer or reposition individuals

• Can quickly manage stressful situations responsibly and effectively

• Assist with daily living needs

• Follow all health and safety standards

• Ability to move and stand for prolonged periods

• Be flexible and able to adjust to changing needs, activities, and schedules
