This is a mission-driven consumer protection law firm that's built its reputation in the courtroom—not at the negotiating table. They're looking for a battle-tested Trial Attorney who's comfortable in high-stakes litigation and ready to take files across the finish line. This isn't a training ground—it's a place for proven winners who live for trial and have the receipts to back it up.
What You'll Do:
* First-chair jury trials with support from a second-chair team
* Take and defend key depositions (PMQs, senior execs, experts, etc.)
* Prepare trial strategy, jury instructions, trial briefs, and exhibit lists
* Collaborate closely with leadership, appellate counsel, and internal support teams
* Represent consumers in complex litigation under statutes like the Song-Beverly Act
* Attend firm-led trainings and continue honing your trial craft
Must-Haves:
* 10+ years of civil litigation experience (will consider 5–7 for true rockstars)
* First-chair jury trial wins—this is non-negotiable
* Deep comfort in the courtroom: persuasive, strategic, composed under pressure
* California Bar admission in good standing
* Local to the Century City/Beverly Hills area—must be able to commit to 5 days/week in office
Nice-To-Haves:
* Former prosecutor or ADA background (high-stakes criminal trial work translates well here)
* Experience with consumer protection, business litigation, or complex civil litigation
* Spanish bilingual skills
This Role Offers:
* A generous and performance-driven bonus structure
* $5K for taking any case to trial
* $10K for any jury trial win
* $25K for a jury win that beats the highest 998
* Beautiful office space
* A courtroom-focused firm that lets you do what you do best—win trials. Discovery and document review are handled by dedicated teams.
