Responsibilities: Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth Qualifications: Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Team player Develop new concepts based on input B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required Compensation: $25 hourly
