We are looking to immediately hire and onboard the right Bookkeeper and Business Analyst to join our amazing team of A+ Team members.   Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour (Part-time Position) Responsibilities: • Maintaining accurate books on the firm’s banking and trust accounts • Recording all financial data and transactions in the accounting system in QBO • Maintaining and balancing the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner • Reconciling all bank accounts (operating, trust, etc.) monthly • Performing all activities related to the recording of accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and recording payments to vendors/suppliers and others as approved by the owner • Preparing financial reports through the collection, compiling, and summarizing data, including Budget Variance Reports, running PL’s, Balance Sheet, General Ledger Report of all transactions • Maintaining professional and technical proficiency to ensure financial reports are timely, accurate, and consistent • Accounts receivable functions including trust transfers and revenue recognition • Payroll functions, including payroll taxes, additions of staff, changes to individual compensation, monitoring time and attendance records, and review and approval of payroll for processing • Trust account triple reconciliation and client ledgers • Payment of vendors • Cash Flow Forecasts • Calculating and transferring funds to Profit First Accounts • Assists with Financial Audits Qualifications: • Resilient problem-solving skills • Proven experience in bookkeeping = 10+ years • Good understanding of business principles • Strong communication and people skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Great organization skills • Excellent knowledge of basic office programs, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, etc.) • College Degree required Business or relevant field experience is a strong advantage • Love of 80’s music, trivia, and pop culture Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
