    Law Firm Assistant We are currently seeking a full-time legal assistant to join our amazing family firm. We are located in Cary, NC. We are looking for a sympathetic listener who has outstanding communication and organization skills to add to our Team. You must be able to communicate empathy in person and over the phone, as well as the ability to triage calls. You must be patient, helpful, and supportive. Our growing firm desires a multi-tasker who delivers a great first impression. We pride ourselves on our excellent relationships with clients, professional partners, and the community. Exceptional client service is always expected. You must be a Team player. We put a strong emphasis on firm culture and having a Team approach. Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a full-time in-office position. Responsibilities: • Administrative duties such as: organizing and scanning documents; making copies; and opening a case file. • Maintain calendars including scheduling appointments, and creating tasks and deadlines. • You will be one of the first points of contact for clients and potential clients with the firm. • Assist other Team members with general office tasks as requested. Qualifications: • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. • Organizational skills and communication skills are necessary for this position. • Must have the ability to operate a business phone system and basic office equipment. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Word. • Experience with law practice management software is a plus, but not required. • The ideal candidate has prior experience as an administrative assistant. • Able to multi-task. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000
